The Rise and Fall is a small, family-owned design studio, and we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. If your experience was anything less than stellar, please let us know so we can improve for next time!

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of when you placed your order. 

All orders are shipped via USPS from Florence, MA. If you live in the US, it usually takes about 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

The Rise and Fall accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please email us within 5 days of receiving your item(s). 

Please include your order number and reason for the product return.

We will reply as soon as possible with a confirmation.  

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any costs associated with the original outbound shipping and items must be received by The Rise and Fall within 2 weeks of return request confirmation.  

Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Items packaged for return in any way that damages the product enclosed will result in the refund being declined. 

We respect the privacy of our customers. The information you provide us is used only to fulfill your order and will never be sold or distributed to third parties.
