I actually first bought the fox pillow several years ago during a rough time of my life right out of college and it was my favorite. However, over the years, it has gotten beaten up pretty badly from four moves and three apartments. The pillow was out of stock but over the summer it came back! I noticed it on Instagram but not on the website. I sent a message to the account and the customer service is the best I've ever received from a company before. They messaged me immediately and told me to keep a lookout on a certain day. A few days later when I had almost forgotten, they messaged me to let me know that it had been put up on the website. I ordered immediately and then they even messaged me again to tell me it had been shipped out that same day. It now sits on my couch. The pillow is a wonderful memory brought back to me. The customer service of this company is truly like nothing I have ever experienced. 5/5 stars. Thank you, The Rise and Fall.

absolutely loved this purchase, no size was mentioned that i could find but its about a foot by a foot (ish!) super cozy and came in about a week. thank you :)
